MARRIAGE LICENSE: The Florida marriage license is easy to obtain, and we need it to perform your ceremony. If you are renewing your vows, no paperwork is necessary. There's no appointment necessary to get the license, and you'll both need to be there together. Be sure to take your valid driver's licenses or valid passports for identification. Birth certificates are not requested, and no blood tests are required. If you've been married before, you'll need to tell them how many times, and when the last marriage ended. If you've been married within the last 60 days, you'll need to bring proof that you are no longer married. The cost of the license is $93 - $98, depending on the court house, and they will give it to you immediately. The license will be effective the day that you get it as long as you are not a Florida resident, and is good for 60 days. If either the Bride or Groom is a Florida resident, they will give you the license while you are at the courthouse, but you cannot use it until the 3rd day.
