Our privacy policy: Your privacy is important to us. Due to the nature of our business, we ask that you provide us information about yourself and credit card information. We will only use this information to provide you with our own professional wedding services. Only upon your request, we will give your contact information to a third party provider, such as a florist or hairdresser. This contact information will be shared by your request only. Under no circumstances will we share your credit card information with another vendor for any purpose. Your information is safe with us.
Our payment policy: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the day & time. The balance is due prior to the ceremony, on the day of the ceremony. On ceremonies requiring limo services, a non-refundable deposit of $275 is required at the time you “place a limo order,” so that we can secure the limo for you. We accept cash, US checks, money orders, International Money Orders, Master Card or VISA for the deposit (American funds only, please). For the balance, we accept cash, money orders and International money orders, Master Card, and VISA. We apologize but we cannot except Switch cards or American Express. We do not accept checks within 6 weeks of the scheduled event.
Change of date and/or time: If you want to reschedule your ceremony, we will work with you as long as you give us at least 6 weeks notice and we have your new requested time and date available. You will receive an updated confirmation by email (only). If you need to reschedule a second time, there will be a $25 administration fee each time. A ceremony can only be rescheduled twice. After the second time, the deposit is forfeited. Ceremonies cannot be rescheduled within 3 weeks of the set date.
Our cancellation policy: Unfortunately, events sometimes have to be cancelled. The 50% non-refundable deposit will not be refunded. If we have booked limousine services on your behalf, the $275 non-refundable limo payment will not be refunded. If you have paid more than our required deposit, we will refund the difference if it is necessary to cancel. If you have made the required deposit (excluding limo services), and need to cancel your wedding, as long as you cancel within 6 weeks of your set date, we will honor your deposit at a later date. However, the package that you originally booked may no longer be available & your initial deposit will apply to currently available services. If you cancel less than 6 weeks of your set date, your deposit will be forfeited.
Our late policy: It is very important to be on time for your wedding - we cannot stress this enough. One late wedding will cause problems for everyone, which is unfair to our other brides and grooms. If you are late, do not expect to receive the same level of service that you would receive had you been here at the arranged time. Our late policy applies to every ceremony.
Monday – Thursday: If the ceremony does not start on time, $25 is instantly added to your balance. If the ceremony begins 15 minutes late, an additional $75 is instantly added to your balance, so your late charges will be $100. If the ceremony begins 30 minutes late, we will either A) add an additional $150 to your balance, for a total of $250 late charges, or B) cancel the wedding, depending on the situation.
Friday & Saturday If the ceremony does not start on time, $125 is instantly added to your balance. If the ceremony begins 15 minutes late, an additional $150 is instantly added to your balance, making your late charges $275. If the ceremony begins 30 minutes late, we will either A) add an additional $150 to your balance, for a total of $425 late charges, or B) cancel the wedding, depending on the situation.
We do not collect a “chapel fee,” “security deposit,” “damage deposit,” or “cleaning deposit.” However, with any ceremony we are hosting, if you or your guests are littering or vandalizing the chapel, inside or outside, everyone in your party will be asked to leave immediately. The service including any promises or obligations we have made to you, will be terminated. In either case, your marriage license will be returned to you incomplete, and you will be held accountable for the damages.
Shipping charges: For packages that include DVDs or printed photos, we will do our best to have your order ready to pick up within about a week (excluding holidays). If you are not able to pick up your items, our charge to you will be $11.00 for shipments within the 48 states, or $58.00 for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, South America, Bermuda, or overseas. Any other charges associated with your shipment will be your responsibility.
Our photo policy: All of our packages come with professional photography. If you choose to bring additional photographers, arrangements must be made in advance. Your guests are welcome to take photos and videotape from their seats. In order to achieve excellent photos for you, we ask that your guests wait in our lobby or outside the wedding chapel during your photo session. We will call your guests in by groups when they are needed for photos. All photographs made by our professional photographers are the sole property of the photographer. With most packages, you will be given a CD of photos for your personal use. We are using both video and flash photography on these premises, and by entering you consent to the use of your image and likeness by our company for any use.
Pricing & Packages: All prices, services, policies, and procedures are subject to change without notice. If there is a price increase or product change after you have made a deposit on a ceremony, it will not affect your price or the elements of your package. Your package and price will remain as described in your confirmation.
Come dressed, ready to walk down the aisle: We do not have a dressing facility. As stated in your confirmation, if you plan to arrive at the same time, be here (with all your guests) by 15 minutes prior to your ceremony. If you are arriving separately, the Groom should be here by 30 minutes prior to the ceremony; your guests should arrive between 15 and 30 minutes prior, seated by 15 minutes prior; Bride should arrive by 15 minutes prior. This assures that your ceremony will start on time. This also assures the element of surprise when the Bride walks down the aisle. Please give your guests the correct start time. Guests that arrive early will most likely have to wait until the appointed arrival time before they can come inside.
Last but not least, Chapel manners: No food, beverages, chewing gum, snacks, bubbles, or confetti is allowed inside the wedding chapel. Children must be attended at all times. If children need to run, climb, jump, or otherwise exercise or snack, the caregiver must take them outside until the child is satisfied. Out of respect to our Brides and Grooms, all guests are asked to be quiet during the ceremony. Guests who cannot be quiet will be asked to step outside until the ceremony is over.
